Our Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist Paris, specialises in tailored, evidence-based exercise programs to support women across the lifespan.

 

Working closely alongside our pelvic floor physiotherapists, EP sessions focus on building strength, confidence, and long-term physical resilience in a safe and supportive environment.

Women’s Health EP is ideal for managing and improving conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, endometriosis, menopause, osteoporosis, and persistent pain. 

 

Programs are individually designed to support functional movement, improve strength and cardiovascular fitness, and help you return to exercise and daily activities with confidence.

Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after injury or childbirth, or looking to progress safely with expert guidance, Paris provides personalised care that complements your physiotherapy treatment and supports your overall health and wellbeing.

Class options

Our small-group women’s health classes are led by Paris, our experienced Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, and are designed to support your body through every stage of life. Each class is grounded in evidence-based movement, pelvic floor awareness and whole-body strength — with a strong focus on safety and confidence.

Mindful bodies
Perfect for those with a tight or overactive pelvic floor, this gentle class focuses on mobility, breathing, relaxation and controlled movement. Ideal for reducing tension, improving flexibility and helping your body move more freely and comfortably.

​

Pregnancy Pilates
A supportive and safe Pilates-based class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Focuses on posture, core support, pelvic floor function, strength and mobility to help you feel strong, confident and prepared for birth and beyond. This class is a terrific adjunct to our Born Ready birth preparation course. 

​

Postpartum Pilates – Beginner
Designed for women returning to exercise after birth. This class focuses on gentle core and pelvic floor retraining, strength and movement confidence. A postpartum physiotherapy check-up is required prior to commencing this class to ensure your body is ready to return to exercise safely. (babies are always welcome!)

Postpartum Pilates – Advanced
For women who are 12+ weeks postpartum and ready to progress their strength and conditioning. This class builds on foundational recovery work and introduces more dynamic, functional and strength-based exercises to support your return to higher-level activity. (babies are still welcome!)

​

Menopause Masters
A targeted strength and movement class for women navigating peri-menopause and menopause. Focuses on bone health, muscle strength, pelvic floor function, balance and cardiovascular fitness to help you feel strong, supported and empowered through this transition.

​

All classes are small, personalised and designed to complement your physiotherapy care — helping you move with confidence at every stage of life.
