We now offer two pilates class options for our clients: Pregnancy Pilates and Mums Move & Meet
These are small group classes (maximum 6 women) where we focus on the individual needs of each client
We love working with women throughout pregnancy to keep them moving and help them prepare for an empowering birth exercise. Our pregnancy pilates class is aimed at women in their second and third trimester of pregnancy who want to work on pelvic floor awareness, abdominal wall control, whole body strengthening and preparation for labor and birth.
This is our postpartum pilates Mums and Bubs class for women 6 weeks to 4 months postpartum.
It is designed as a gentle movement and return to exercise class, including pelvic floor and abdominal wall awareness, breathing and gradual strengthening.
