My story

I always knew that physiotherapy was my dream job; I was a representative netball player who hit the ground hard and broke my arms 4 times, had ankle, knee and hip injuries (the usual netballer's body) and subsequently fell in love with the wonderful world of physiotherapy.

It wasn't until my third year of university  in 2015 that I fell in love with women's health, and knew this was my passion.

Having dealt with endometriosis, IBS and pelvic pain, I resonated with a lot of the areas discussed in women's health, and knew that I wanted to help women who have struggled with these conditions, as well as all conditions that affect women specifically. I love all things pregnancy, and thoroughly enjoy working alongside women in their postnatal journey.

Anyone who knows me, knows how regularly I will find ways to discuss bowel motions, and that there is no such thing as TMI (too much information) once you step inside my door. My main focus in working with women is helping them to feel confident, empowered, and amazed at what their bodies can accomplish.

I want all women to feel comfortable once they step through my door, knowing that no question is too silly, no goal unattainable, and there is no embarrassment having yourself assessed.

Whether you want assistance throughout pregnancy, hope to get back to exercise postnatally, or are experiencing pain with intercourse, I would love to help you achieve your goals.

I look forward to hearing how I can help you achieve your goals!

7/40 Bowman Street, Richmond NSW 2753

What do I wear to my session?

As long as you are comfortable and can move around, you can wear whatever you like! If you have goals that are exercise based, wearing clothes that you can exercise in is ideal as we will have you doing those movements!

Do you accept private health and medicare?

If you have private health, bring your card so we can swipe it through and you will only pay the gap.
With Medicare, please bring your Medicare card so we can put the rebate straight back onto your cheque or savings account.

Do you have street parking?

We are located inside an industrial area (40 Bowman Street, Richmond) with plenty of parking in front of the building. During peak time (8.30am-10am) parking can be limited as the gym is very busy. You should always be able to find parking in the complex!

Can I bring my children?

Absolutely! We have plenty of space in the room for newborns and children of all ages - be mindful that we are located upstairs so if you can bring bub in a carrier or capsule this will make it easier. The gym also has creche from 8.20am-11.45am for $5 per child. If you would like to book your kids in then let us know at the time of booking and we can arrange this!
